              Shipping Details

GCO offers a flat rate shipping charge of $195.00 anywhere in the continental United States. There are no additonal charges such as crating or handling. Shipping includes curbside delivery, insurance, liftgate, residential delivery, and professional packaging. All damages are handled by us so that the customer does not have to worry about claims or paperwork. All machines are bubble wrapped, black shrink wrapped, and banded to a pallet. This type of packaging disallows the stacking of freight, a commonly used practice by freight companies. We take special care to make sure the customer receives their machine undamaged. Shipping does not include inside delivery, however, this can be arranged by the customer directly with the freight company prior to delivery. The average cost is $75.00 and paid by the customer directly to the freight company.

              What to Expect:

Slot machines weigh 250 lbs. on average. The delivery driver will take the freight off of the truck using a pallet jack and liftgate. A pallet jack lifts the freight 2" so that it can be rolled easily over most flat surfaces. However, the pallet jack cannot go up or down stairs, curbs, or loose gravel. While all freight companies have policies to not allow drivers or trucks on private property, most freight drivers will use the pallet jack to roll the shipment a reasonable distance to secure the freight.

              Shipping Issues:

Gravel Driveway, Unusually long driveway (more than 200 ft), Apartment Building, Residential Address not accessible by trucks. If there are special circumstances concerning delivery, please let us know. More often than not, we can help in finding a solution.

              Shipping Emails:

The day your machine ships, an email is sent to the customer containing the following information:

Freight Company website and phone number. Tracking number for the freight. Recommended inspection process upon delivery of freight.

The freight company will contact the customer prior to delivery to arrange for a drop off time and date. All shipments must be signed for and inspected for cosmetic damage.

              After Delivery:

Expect to need a 'hand truck' also known as a dolly. One person can move the machine quite easily with a hand truck, but two people are needed if the machine will be taken up or down stairs. It will also take two people to lift the machine onto a stand.
